she likes to shake things up.
Saw my psychiatrist this morning. I told her I was alright. I think 1) we have different definitions of alright and 2) mine is really skewed, apparently. Checking back in with her in a few weeks, but a higher level of treatment isn’t out of the question, in her opinion. What to do. What to do.
